A zesty, refreshing calamansi drinks recipe made with fresh juice, water, and natural sweetener—perfect for cooling off or daily detox.
Ingredients
10–12 fresh calamansi fruits
2 cups cold filtered water
1–2 tbsp monk fruit syrup or honey
Ice cubes
Optional: mint, lime slices
Instructions
1. Slice calamansi and squeeze juice through strainer.
2. Add juice, water, and sweetener to a pitcher.
3. Stir well until sweetener dissolves.
4. Add ice cubes and garnish if desired.
5. Serve immediately or chill in the fridge.
Notes
Use ripe calamansi for a sweeter balance.
Store unused juice in a sealed container for up to 3 days.
Swap monk fruit with stevia or erythritol if preferred.
